This is the part where I’m supposed to talk about myself, so here we go…
I grew up in Mountain View, California, which is best known for being homebase to “The Almighty Google”. In 2007, I moved up to Portland, Oregon to attend school while living with my parents, who had recently bought a house there. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Portland State University in 2010 with a double major in Marketing and Advertising. I truly loved my time in The Great Northwest, and would love to find myself living there again some day. My childhood in Silicon Valley led to a perfect fit in the software industry. I’ve made a few stops in my professional career, including:
- Iron Speed – a rapid database application software company. Developers, IT professionals and DBAs used the software to build and customize applications. The product launched in 2003 and helped people do more with less for over 12 years until its ultimate demise at the hands of a patent troll.
- Meltwater – A media intelligence company founded in 2001, whose media monitoring, social media monitoring and media intelligence platform helps companies make better, informed decisions with insights from
- AdRoll – The top retargeting platform in the world, making advertising simple and profitable for companies and agencies of all sizes. They allow you to reach your customers across devices, browsers, and apps with access to over 500 ad exchanges, including native inventory like Apple iAd, Facebook, Twitter, and Google.
I’m currently living in San Mateo, California with my wife Kelly and our dogs Lenny and Moe.
